Customs on export controlled products
For the export of dual-use items, military products, rare earths, resources and other commodities, relevant export licenses must be obtained from the competent authorities in accordance with the law. Exporting without a license will constitute the crime of smuggling if the circumstances are severe
1. Common dual-use items: drones, graphite and graphite products, carbon fiber and carbon fiber products, nickel powder, etc;
2. Military products: camouflage, simulation guns, spring knives, daggers, (Kaifeng) swords, crossbows, handcuffs, etc;
3. Rare earths: neodymium, dysprosium, etc., used as strategic materials for permanent magnets and electronic devices;
4. Resources: Rare metals (tungsten, antimony, molybdenum, etc.), iron ore (also known as nickel iron alloy), steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, nickel, lead, tin and other raw materials, rice, cotton, charcoal, etc.
